A Few Lotus to my Parents feet !!

Oh Jagat Janani (Durga Devi) O Maata ! O Amma!

Destroy my False ego, lust, anger ,greed, fear, all impurities that grip me ,thou art the veil of maya that pervades the universe on which rule Brahma ,Vishnu and others.

O Mother ! Karthikeya Vignaraja Janani

O Mother destroy every bit of lust in me.

O mother make me pure ,for Lord Mahesha and thou are my two eyes !!

O Mother what can be said of thou and thy greatness which are beyond words.

How can one separate thee from My Lord !!

O Mother who sits on the throne of Sadashiva(Parameshwara)

O My divine Mother how great are thee who gave alms to my Lord as Annapoorna devi

O Mother what is more pleasing and Blissful than to see all four of you together.

O Mother thou art Manifestation of women

O mother let me see thee in all ,O mother let your veil of maya pass me by, O mother let not me be victim of thy Maya.

O Mother I shall Meditate upon thy ever glorious form until the last bit of purification!!

O my beloved Parents (Sadasiva and Parameshwari) is this right of you, to reach thee one has to surpass the greatness of Lord Vishnu, just to get to thy feet!! O Parents is this right??? if so then I am blessed.

O Lord(Parameshwara-Siva) Thou art Agni Vaishvanara in thy mild form and Rudra in thy furious form.

Thou art Shipivista (Vishnu)

O Arunachala Siva when will thy liberate me.

Which Brahma and Vishnu cannot get to so easily

For they are bound by their duty.

O Siva let me strip all bondage right away at this very moment !!

O Lord I donot have the energy in me for anything else other than

My love Siva.

O Shambo I shall seize every opportunity to break the bond, with all material aspects of life I give up.

With a heavy heart writes your servant, ever ready to cling on to your Lotus feet.

O Visveshwara what is there to give up from my Old ways?

O Lord let me fulfill my Mothers dream which shall be an offering unto her Lotus feet! As she is responsible for my birth

After which shall I walk the last walk on this earth or any land

Into the ocean of bliss ,compassion, mercy grace shall I walk ,as the waves of bliss hits me shall I merge with thee in glory forever.

Advaitha Vedanta in Six Stanzas

The great Adi Shankara of the eighth century summarized the entire Advaitha Vedanta (non-dualistic philosophy) in six stanzas. When a young boy of eight, while wandering in the Himalayas, seeking to find his guru, he encountered a sage who asked him, "Who are you?" The boy answered with these stanzas, which are known as "Nirvana Shatakam" or "Atma Shatakam." "Nirvana" is complete equanimity, peace, tranquility, freedom and joy. "Atma" is the True Self. The sage, the boy was talking to was Acharya Govindapada, who was, indeed, the teacher he was looking for.

Mano-budhy-ahankara cittani naham
na ca srotra-jihve na ca ghrana netre
Na ca vyoma bhumim na tejo na vayuh
Cidananda rupah sivoham sivoham

I am neither the mind, nor the intellect, nor the ego, nor the mind stuff. I am neither the body, nor the changes of the body. I am neither the senses of hearing, taste, smell or sight. Nor am I ether, the earth, the fire, the air. I am existence absolute, knowledge absolute, bliss absolute. I am Siva, I am Siva.

Na ca prana samnjo na vai pancavayur
na va sapta-dhatur na va panca-kosah
Na vak-pani-padam na copastha-payu
Cidananda rupah sivoham sivoham

I am neither the Prana, nor the five vital airs. I am neither the materials of the body, nor the five sheaths. Neither am I the organs of action nor objects of the senses. I am existence absolute, knowledge absolute bliss absolute. I am Siva , I am Siva.

Na me dvesa ragau na me lobha mohau
mado naiva me naiva matsaryabhavah
Na dharmo na cartho na kamo na moksah
Cidananda rupah sivoham sivoham

I have neither aversion nor attachment, neither greed nor delusion, neither egotism nor envy. Neither Dharma nor Moksha. I have neither desire nor object of desire. I am existence absolute, knowledge absolute, bliss absolute. I am Siva, I am Siva.

Na punyam na papam na saukhyam na dukham
na mantro na tirtham na veda na yajna
Aham bhojanam naiva bhojyam na bhokta
Cidananda rupah sivoham Sivoham

I am neither sin nor virtue, neither pleasure nor pain, nor temple, nor worship, nor pilgrimage, nor scriptures. And I am neither the act of enjoying, the enjoyable nor the enjoyer. I am existence absolute, knowledge absolute, bliss absolute. I am Siva, I am Siva.

Na mrtyur na sanka na me jati bhedah
pita naiva me naiva mata na janma
Na bandhur na mitram gurur naiva sisya
Cidananda rupah sivoham Sivoham

I have neither death, nor fear of death, nor caste nor was I ever born, nor had I parents, friends and relations. I have neither Guru nor disciple. I am existence absolute, knowledge absolute, bliss absolute. I am Siva, I am Siva.

Aham nirvikalpo nirakara rupo
vibhutvacca sarvatra sarvendriyanam
Na ca sangatam naiva muktir na meya
Cidananda rupah sivoham sivoham

I am untouched by the senses. I am neither Mukti nor knowable, I am without form, without limit, beyond space, beyond time. I am in everything, I am the basis of the universe, everywhere am I.I am existence absolute, knowledge absolute, bliss absolute. I am Siva, I am Siva.

Lord Siva is one without the second! Sankara never said Vishnoham or Narayanaoham or whatever , he simply said what is reality and what is beyond scriptures, Sivoham is a state of being which cannot be summoned by words, it’s beyond words. Their cannot be Dwaitha (Duality) when it comes to Lord Siva may be it can be applicable to Lord Vishnu according to Madhawa charya. Worshipping the true God leads to reality or the ultimate end of human life. Worshipping of demi-gods lead to Dwaitha and other confusions, which you’ll end up wasting your precious human life just to solve the confusion created by others and accepted by your mind. Inclination to Lord Siva is difficult to get in this Kali age, people choose a variety of bogus Deities to attain Salvation, even if they have Bhakti (devotion) towards them it’s impossible to attain moksha(salvation) as Bhakti leads to duality, unless and until you have chosen the right deity ,who would bestow Jnana(Knowledge) of Advaitha ,Lord Siva is Synonym with Advaitha Vedanta according to Sankara.

Short Parable's

Human birth the best of all

How sure we are that death is certain, birth also is certain, but being born as a human being is definitely uncertain, man of all living beings can raise beyond the glory of gods, the goal of human life should always be union with the Lord, and should not ask for other material comforts or fulfillment of desires.

Adi Sankara in his Sivanadalahari Pleads the Lord not to offer him the Status of Brahma or Vishnu instead seeks for union with the Lord. Even gods cannot escape death, many such examples are cited in the case of Lord Brahma who has countless Birth and deaths, even Lord Krishna and Lord Narasimha could not escape death. Imagine our plight!

Even gods have failed to realise the Supreme Lord! After the destruction of the universe when baby Hari is born once again, who is left sleeping on the leaf, who laughs out of Ignorance that he is the only surviving soul and there is none superior to him, until he witnesses the site of Lord Kala Bhairava who bewilders him, what results after is the hymn of praises to Lord Kala Bhairava!! Another such example can be cited when Brahma and Vishnu failed to know the Supreme Lord Arunachaleswara; which clearly shows the heights of Ignorance. Brahma and Vishnu may not escape their fate, but we sure can!! Brahma and Vishnu are assigned the task of an Ass to bear the burden of this world, when gods like Brahma and Vishnu can get Ignorant in knowing the supreme Lord!! We sure are revolving and living every moment of our life in ignorance, it’s time now we melt this ice called ignorance with the heat called Knowledge (of the Supreme Lord)

You and I can attain the highest goal that a soul can reach and remain blissful forever. The gods have no choice but to stick to their duties.
